Sotasu provides seniors housing investment and asset management advisory services from Toronto, Canada. Sotasu is operated by Eugene Bondarev, who is responsible for personal information handled through this website. This notice explains that handling under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect what you choose to provide: your name, email address, company or firm (optional) and message.
We also measure aggregate site traffic, such as page views and referring sites, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How we use it
We use inquiry information only to respond to you and to conduct any business relationship that follows. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this site. They process information only to deliver their service to us, and may store or process it outside Canada, including in the United States.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and traffic analytics.
- Web3Forms: delivery of contact-form submissions to our email.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement, then deleted.
